Backing out of tight Colorado Springs parking spots in which you're jammed on all sides is challenging, precarious work. Fortunately, the Volvo XC60 comes equipped with a rear cross traffic alert feature. It scans the area behind the vehicle when you're in reverse, sensing and alerting you to vehicles that suddenly cross behind you. The Volvo XC60 even deploys emergency autobraking when necessary.
Vehicle and Pedestrian Detection
Day or night, the Volvo XC60 has you covered on the road. It constantly monitors upcoming road conditions, raising an alarm if a frontal collision with another vehicle or a pedestrian becomes imminent. If road conditions unfold more quickly than your reflexes, the Volvo XC60 brakes hard automatically.
